Country Woods Living | Palm Harbor–Dunedin Lifestyle
Designed for living, hosting, and growing—Country Woods perfection, where mature landscaping, quiet streets, and a true sense of community set the tone for everyday living. Nestled in Country Woods, this expansive residence offers over 3,350 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space in a NO flood and NON-evacuation zone, providing both peace of mind and long-term value.
Perfectly positioned just minutes from the Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Island, Gulf beaches, marinas, the Pinellas Trail, downtown Dunedin, downtown Palm Harbor, shopping, dining, and top-rated schools, this home delivers a rare balance of tranquility and convenience. Bike or walk along the Pinellas Trail into downtown Dunedin, or enjoy quick access to ALT-19 while returning home to a serene, established neighborhood.
Spanning four bedrooms plus a study, the home was designed for flexibility and real-life living. A split-bedroom floor plan creates a private primary suite retreat, complete with sliding doors to the pool and lanai, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-style en suite bath with a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The additional bedrooms are generously sized, and the study offers built-in closet space that can easily serve as a fifth bedroom if desired.
At the center of the home, the gourmet kitchen anchors everyday life and entertaining. Granite countertops, solid-wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a built-in double oven, cooktop, built-in microwave, island, breakfast bar, and eat-in space combine style and function. Cathedral ceilings elevate the space as the kitchen opens to a large, cozy living room featuring a wood-burning brick fireplace, creating a warm focal point for gatherings. Formal living and dining rooms near the entry add elegance and versatility for hosting.
One of the home’s most distinctive features is the separate in-law suite, offering both private exterior access and interior connectivity. This suite includes its own bedroom, bathroom, leisure room, and second kitchen, making it ideal for multigenerational living, extended guests, or a large bonus or game room without compromising privacy.
