Great Boating Water & Tampa Bay Views.

Welcome to a rare slice of St. Petersburg waterfront living—where the most important upgrades are already complete, the views are the kind you never stop noticing, and the lifestyle begins the moment you turn into the drive.

Set on an open-water .32-acre lot with over 90 feet of waterfrontage, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence looks directly out over Tampa Bay, the illuminated Sunshine Skyway Bridge into the Gulf Waters. Sunsets become a nightly ritual, dolphins and coastal birds are regular visitors, and the absence of an HOA preserves both freedom and value. Just as important, the home features elevated construction and has never flooded, including during the 2024 hurricanes—a critical distinction for serious waterfront buyers.

Spanning 3,062 square feet, the home is designed to embrace the water. Vaulted ceilings, a bright open layout, and expansive glass capture panoramic bay views from nearly every room. This is a home that offers something increasingly rare: a strong, elevated structure and major systems already addressed, while still allowing the next owner to personalize finishes and style without tackling costly infrastructure.

Major investments already completed include:

  • Standing seam metal roof (2020)

  • Hurricane-impact windows and sliding glass doors (2022)

  • Solar panels with battery backups (2022)
The average electric bill is approximately $35 per month

  • Assumable flood insurance policy at approximately $3,000 per year

Inside, the home welcomes you with a grand foyer featuring modern double front doors, soaring ceilings, and tile flooring. The formal living and dining rooms feel intentional and refined, while the heart of the home opens seamlessly to the bay. The chef’s kitchen offers flat-panel wood cabinetry, granite countertops, newer stainless steel appliances, a natural gas range, and a large island beneath skylights that bathe the space in natural light. The adjacent family room, breakfast nook, and bonus seating area all orient toward the pool deck and water, keeping the bay as the constant backdrop for everyday living and entertaining.

The primary suite is privately positioned and exactly where you want it—opening directly to the pool deck with sweeping water views. Hardwood floors, sliding glass doors, and a well-appointed ensuite create a retreat that feels connected to the outdoors. The bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower, a soaker tub, a water closet, and an oversized walk-in closet, with additional built-in storage along the hallway. The split floor plan provides privacy and flexibility, offering a guest-ready second bedroom with an en suite half bath, along with two additional bedrooms tucked behind a pocket door on the opposite wing. One of these bedrooms provides direct pool access, ideal for guests or a home office with a resort feel.

Step outside, and the waterfront lifestyle fully reveals itself. A sparkling saltwater pool with a gas-heated spa and spillover feature anchors the outdoor living space, surrounded by an expansive brick paver deck and a large covered lanai designed for relaxed gatherings, long dinners, and evenings spent watching the Skyway light up. The backyard includes usable green space for pets or play, while the waterfront infrastructure is brand new and built to last.

Waterfront and exterior highlights include:

  • New seawall and cap (2024)

  • Brand-new dock with marine-grade composite decking (2025)

  • Space ready for a boat or jet ski lift

  • Elevated construction with no flooding during recent hurricanes

  • Open-water Tampa Bay views with illuminated bridge vistas

Additional features further reinforce the home’s livability and long-term value, including a dedicated laundry room with a new washer and dryer, cabinetry, and extra storage, a two-car garage with abundant cabinetry, a hurricane-rated door, and an EV charging station, dual A/C units with UV filtration, and a natural gas water heater (2023).

Ideally positioned for easy access across the Skyway to Bradenton and Sarasota, and just minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, Fort De Soto, and the Gulf beaches, this property offers a rare balance of location, protection, efficiency, and authentic open-water living.
